California Privacy Notice
Supplemental California disclosures and rights where the CCPA/CPRA applies.
California Privacy Notice
Effective date: September 23, 2026
This Notice supplements the Pal Call Privacy Policy for California residents. It applies only if and to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA/CPRA), applies to Pal Call and the relevant information.
Categories of personal information
Depending on your use, Pal Call may process identifiers and account information; internet/network activity and security logs; commercial or billing information; telecommunications metadata; professional/business information; inferences such as call-risk or reputation indicators; and credentials or account-access information that may be treated as sensitive personal information under applicable law.
Sources and purposes
Information may come from you, your company, your connected telecommunications provider, service activity, security systems, and vendors supporting the service. We use it for the business and commercial purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including service delivery, security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, support, billing, analytics necessary to operate the service, and legal compliance.
Sale and sharing
Pal Call does not sell customer call metadata for money and does not intentionally share customer call metadata for cross-context behavioral advertising. If a practice becomes a "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA, Pal Call will provide legally required notice and opt-out mechanisms before or when required.
Rights
If the CCPA applies, qualifying California residents may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, obtain information about categories and disclosures, opt out of sale/sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising rights, subject to exceptions.
Submit a request through the Contact page / صفحة التواصل or the Contact page. We may verify your identity and, for an authorized agent, request proof of authority as permitted by law.
Global Privacy Control
Where the CCPA requires an applicable business to honor a recognized opt-out preference signal, Pal Call will do so for covered sale/sharing practices. Because Pal Call currently states that it does not sell or share customer call metadata for cross-context behavioral advertising, a separate opt-out may have no additional effect on that data unless our practices change.
